How To Enroll in FPS

No student is considered to be enrolled unless both the Enrollment Fee and the Tuition Deposit have been paid.

NEW STUDENTS: AFTER ACCEPTANCE BY THE ADMISSIONS COMMITTEE

Step #1:

             o Enroll your student online through RenWeb: When a student is recommended for admission to Furtah Preparatory School, the parent/guardian will receive an official notice and an access code to RenWeb (the portal through which they will enroll their student). The online Enrollment Form should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. To finalize the submission of the Enrollment Form, the parent/guardian will be asked to pay an online Enrollment Fee of $650.00. This fee ensures a place for the student at FPS and offsets the cost of textbooks and administrative fees.

             o Submit the following forms via online enrollment: 

               *Copy of birth certificate   

               *Custody papers if parents are divorced
                          
               *Current Immunization Form #3231 OR

                       ºA notarized Religious Exemption Notification in lieu of the immunization form

              *Current Vision/Hearing/Dental Form #3300

              * all forms dealing with permissions that are provided within the enrollment process and are now able to be uploaded into the student portfolio 

Step #2:

            o Meet with the Finance Manager: Following online enrollment, schedule a meeting with the Finance Manager. During this meeting, all financial documents will be reviewed. If prior to July 1sta Tuition Deposit of $550.00 is paid at this time and is applied to the tuition balance. The Tuition Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If after July 1st, the first month's tuition is due upon meeting with the Finance Manager.

ALL STUDENTS:

All families, unless paying in full, must pay through FACTS Tuition Management.
