Any student planning to participate in the After Care Program at any time during the school year must
have an After Care Program Registration Form on file. Students will not be allowed to stay in After
Care without this form completed and on file in the office.
Children will NOT be released to anyone who is not listed on the Registration Form. Please keep this
enrollment information current at all times by coming to the office to update the application as changes
occur, or fill out the I-form for After Care Registration under Forms.

The charge for the After Care Program will be $8.00 per day.

The accounting office will invoice After Care every two weeks, and the terms of the invoice are Due Upon Receipt.

The After Care Program will operate from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM daily.

The program will begin the first day of school.

There is no After Care on the last day of the school year.

Montessori dismissal is 2:45 PM. Students are expected to be picked up no later than 3:00
PM.

Upper Elementary and Middle School dismissal is 3:15 PM. Students are expected to be
picked up no later than 3:30 PM.
A late fee will be assessed if a student is picked up after the 15 minute dismissal grace period. The fee
will be equivalent to the daily charge for After Care.

Daily charges for After Care will begin at 3:00 PM for Montessori students and 3:30 PM for Upper Elementary and Middle School students.

Any High School student needing After Care Service will be expected to register in advance. However,
for high school students, acceptance into the After Care Program will be based on an interview with the
parent to discuss the individual needs and concerns.
CONFERENCE WEEK:
1. Montessori dismissal: 1:45PM
Elementary through Middle School dismissal: 2:00PM
2. After Care Program hours will be 2:00PM - 6:00 PM.
3. After Care students will be charged $12 per day during conference week.
4. Students who have not attended After Care during the current school year will need to pre-
register during conference week.
Pick up time is no later than 6:00 PM. In the event that a child is picked up after 6:00 PM, a charge of
$1.00/minute will be incurred and due at the time the child is picked up. There will be no exceptions.
