Mr. Startt has an undergraduate
degree with honors in Electrical Engineering. He has completed
significant graduate work in business at institutions
including Oxford Univ.,The University of Minnesota &
The University of Oklahoma.
He is a retired executive
having served as Vice President International with Verizon
Wireless(GTE) & BellSouth International as well as
Senior Vice president for Cox Cable.
