Furtah Montessori is a caring, child friendly environment, which promotes early childhood development through education using the five senses. Our dedicated teachers guide and nurture the natural unfolding of the whole child in an atmosphere of order, beauty, and harmony. Children are actively supported in their self-directed pursuit of education with lifelong intellectual and emotional growth.
FPS combines a quality education, instilling a sense of behavioral responsibility, spiritual and moral formation as well as the joy of learning. We believe that FPS and the Montessori Philosophy fit beautifully together. Hence, FPS has extended an open hand to our younger children ages 3 years- Grade 3 with an AMS Affiliated Montessori Program. The Montessori early childhood program and lower elementary program is an approach to life that offers a prepared environment for multi-aged children. This type of environment enables the children to build themselves to their fullest potential in a peaceful, non-competitive atmosphere.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Morning Dropoff: 8:00 AM-8:15 AM
Classroom time: 8:15 AM- 2:45 PM
Afternoon Pickup: 2:45 PM-3:00 PM
